Can the same backing be used inside and outside a car?
It needs to be selected for the actual substrate and conditions. Interior plastic, exterior paint and accessory coatings can require different backing constructions.
Does a chrome-look finish prove weather resistance?
Finish appearance does not establish service performance. Specify the exposure and approve the complete logo, finish and adhesive assembly.
Can these replace a thick molded badge?
A thin nickel transfer has a different profile and attachment method from a molded or cast emblem. Compare the actual mounting area and intended feel before choosing the construction.
