Should I choose screen printing or UV printing?
Screen printing suits repeated spot-color artwork. UV printing suits full-color graphics and short runs. Quantity, color count and exposure conditions determine the quotation.
Can a printed plate also have engraved serial data?
Fixed graphics and variable markings can be quoted as a combined design. Identify the fixed and variable fields in the artwork and approve their contrast on the sample.
How are brand colors approved?
Provide Pantone references or a physical color sample for spot colors, and the production file for full-color artwork. Use a printed sample for final approval; screen colors alone are not a production standard.
Can durability figures for printing inside the anodized layer be used for UV printing?
No. Image position, coating and construction differ. Agree the actual printed construction, exposure and acceptance test for your project.
