Dome height describes the resin above the printed face. Finished thickness also includes the face and adhesive. A recess-fit drawing should state both.
Can it be used on textured or low-energy plastic?
Select the backing for the actual plastic and surface finish. Approve an applied sample before releasing the order.
Can the label cover a control or opening?
Keep the badge within the approved mounting area. Clearance for buttons, vents and fasteners should be shown on the panel drawing.
