Is the silver mirror surface chrome plated?
Mirror-polished stainless steel is a surface finish. Chrome plating adds a separate layer. The construction must name plating explicitly if that is required; a reflective photograph does not establish it.
Will a mirror finish make small text easier to read?
Not necessarily. Reflection can reduce contrast at some viewing angles. Approve the lettering and background on a physical sample under the lighting where the plate will be used.
Which adhesive should I choose?
Choose the exact tape for the mounting surface, plate rigidity, temperature and cleaning exposure. Smooth bare metal and textured powder coating may need different constructions. Review a bonded sample rather than choosing by the 3M brand alone.
Which information is needed before production?
Approve the drawing, artwork revision, material, finish, fixing, quantity and inspection requirements. For changing information, also approve the data file and packing sequence. Any required documents or tests should be agreed with the order.
