Which thickness should I specify?
The current range is 0.3–1.5 mm, with 0.5, 0.8 and 1.0 mm as common options. Send the plate size and mounting method so rigidity and fit can be reviewed.
Can every plate carry a different serial number or code?
Yes. Supply an Excel or CSV list with one record per plate. Identify the exact printed text and encoded content; provide any required code-verification criteria before sampling.
Will the laser mark be black or light?
It depends on the finish and laser process. Colored anodized aluminum commonly uses light marking. Dark marking requires a suitable finish and processing conditions. Confirm the result on a physical sample.
Can I use adhesive instead of mounting holes?
Adhesive backing is an option. Tell us the mounting material, texture, temperature and cleaning exposure. The tape grade and preparation method are selected for that surface; use holes when the assembly requires mechanical fastening.
Are these plates suitable for outdoor equipment?
The finish, mark and mounting system must be reviewed together. Send your UV, moisture, temperature and cleaning requirements. Agree any required tests and expected service life before production.
